REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Every return, like every garment, deserves care and respect.”

At Lepot, every garment is crafted with care, and we honour the same care when it comes to returns and refunds.

Returns Eligibility

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • It is unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • It still has all tags attached and original packaging intact

We do not accept returns of:

  • Worn items

  • Undergarments or socks

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Gift cards or vouchers

How to Request a Return

Please email support@lepotza.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return (and photos if defective)

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return Courier Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return courier fees.

  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g. size or preference), you are responsible for courier costs.

You may use your own courier or request a pre-paid return label (the cost will be deducted from your refund).

Refund Process

Once the item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days

  • Funds are returned to your original payment method

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

BNPL Refunds (Payflex, Mobicred, Float, PayJustNow)
If you paid via Buy Now Pay Later, the refund will be processed via the provider, not directly to your bank account.

Each provider will:

  • Cancel remaining instalments (if applicable)

  • Refund amounts already paid to your account or wallet

  • May take additional days to reflect, depending on their policies

⚠️ BNPL refunds must be processed within each provider’s timeframe.

Please continue paying instalments until the refund is fully confirmed by the provider.

Incorrect or Faulty Deliveries

If we’ve sent you the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

We’ll gladly:

  • Replace the item (subject to availability), or

  • Offer a refund or store credit – your choice

Return shipping in these cases will be covered by us.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or customer-induced damage will not be considered for refund or replacement.
