Where We Deliver

We deliver nationwide across South Africa using reliable third-party couriers.
We currently do not offer international shipping.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day

  • Delivery takes 3 to 7 working days from dispatch

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking details once shipped

Shipping Fees

  • FREE shipping for orders over R1,100

  • For orders under R1,100: shipping cost is calculated at checkout

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel during business hours (8am–5pm).
If no one is present, the courier will contact you or attempt delivery again.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact support@lepotza.com within 7 days of delivery

  • We will replace the item or offer a refund, at no cost to you

We carry the risk until your order reaches you. You will never be left out of pocket.
